Refund policy

We love the products we make and are confident in their safety and performance. In the instance that you do not love them, we offer returns and exchanges as follows:

All sales are final. However, we will exchange any unopened, unused Product for another Product of equal or lesser value. Products returned for exchange must be shipped within thirty (30) days of purchase. You must send the item back, in its original packaging at your own expense. Please Contact info@theearthygoodness.com to arrange a Product return.

If you receive a defective Product or incorrect Product, please contact us immediately at info@theearthygoodness.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as soon as possible. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your account. If you receive something you did not order, please just enjoy it!

The Earthy Goodness is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
